 I’m proud to be a ANZAC

As I dive I see bullets whizzing past me,

As I ran I felt bullets heat going just missing me,

As I crouched I smelt my Comrades leg bleeding,

As I fall for cover I could taste sand in my bloody mouth,

As I climbed I heard my mate Johnny screaming “Help me Help me”,

As I got shot at I wondered if I could survive.
